SB 105                                                                       
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14,          
1993, calendar (page 1237), was read the third time:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 105(JUD)                                  
"An Act relating to motor vehicle dealers and to agents for motor             
vehicle buyers; and providing for an effective date."                          
                                                                               
Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                
CSSB 105(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose           
of considering Amendment No. 1.                                                
                                                                               
The Speaker lifted the call of the House.                                      
                                                                               
There being no objection to the motion, it was so ordered.
